Founded in 1933, the Association is dedicated to preserving the collective memory and cultural heritage of Kato Panagia, fostering ties among its members, and supporting people of Kato Panagia descent in Greece, the United States, Australia and Africa.

Folklore Collection

The Association's Folklore Collection, housed at its premises at 5 Veranzerou Street in Athens, includes more than 400 artifacts from our ancestral homeland, including handwoven textiles, embroidery, traditional handicrafts, historical documents of the Community Council (Dimogerontia), and everyday objects.

Publications

The Association's rare publications include the bound volume of Deltion tis Kato Panagias (1956–1965), documenting the collective activities of the Kato Panagia community, Tou Choriou Mas (Our Village, 1958), and 50 Years Since the Uprooting (1972), commemorating the fiftieth anniversary of the Asia Minor Catastrophe.
